07:00 AM | Morning Flow: Simple bed-based exercises (stretching/flexing) to clear meridian flow before freshening up.
Session: Light meals and deep meditation. Focusing on "uprooting" the cause of stress, understanding internal depletion, and strengthening one's original vow/purpose.
Closing: Preparing daily practices for life after the camp, group photo, and the awarding of "Commemorative Certificates."
