Self-healing ability of the body: - In addition to avoiding medications, we encourage breaking free from dependence on health products, allowing the body to reclaim its self-healing abilities. 3. Self-care ability of the mind: - Our goal is to help the mind regain its self-care capabilities, going beyond being immersed in or consumed by emotions and theories. We aim to cultivate the capacity to guide the mind and other aspects back to their inherent potential, utilizing the Four Noble Truths to reflect upon oneself, to observe and assist ourselves.
